Mechanical Structure
The mechanical of remote sensing walker is divided into four categories such as:
Motor
Bracket
The motor bracket
is made of from 4mm aluminum plate. The purpose of this holder is to mount the
motor at the frame. This bracket must be rigid to avoid the vibration when the
motor is operating. To make this bracket, the saw and file is used for cutting
process and to shape it. The reason aluminum plate is used are because it is
lightweight, easy to bend and no rust.
Procedures to
Develop the Motor Bracket
Firstly,
the 4mm aluminum plate are marked and cut according to the dimension by
using the saw and the edge of aluminum plate will be discarded by using
file as being shown in figure below.

Drilling processs
The holes (ΓΈ8mm) will be drilled to the aluminum plate by using the press drilling machine
